Residual dirt analysis has been part of the service spectrum of our large-scale production for years. Modern systems document under optimal conditions to what extent residual dirt requirements are met and thus provide important information for improving the cleanliness concept in the production process. We put this experience at your disposal by order. We analyze your parts and provide you with impulses for the optimization of your processes and document the results of the analysis for your customers.

Highpressure waterjet deburring
With pressures up to over 500 bar, difficult overcuts and undercuts of deep bores are deburred in a process-safe manner. Within a few days we can develop the fixture for your application and immediately start machining your parts. By using these and other deburring technologies (e.g. brush deburring, electrochemical deburring) in series production, we can also draw on a wealth of experience in selecting the right method.
